Prices on our website are representative of the cost of an item as it stands at the time of publishing. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. If the website displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Payment is expected at the time you place your order. Northcoastcandle.com accepts debit and credit cards for Visa or Mastercard which will appear on your statement as: SMELL NO EVIL, LTD.

Please note that most products are "Made To Order". Therefore, we process all payment for orders BEFORE production begins. The order processing date has nothing to do with the shipping date. (Please see SHIPPING & DELIVERY for estimated lead time).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY: MOST orders will be shipped 48-72 hours from the time we receive your order. Some orders may take up to 10 business days to leave our facility under special conditions or during busy holiday seasons. Please allow up to 2 weeks for large and custom orders. We ship FOB Peninsula, Ohio via UPS. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii or MILITARY ADDRESSES as well as ALL TEETH WHITENING PRODUCTS will be shipped USPS Priority. (Priority Mail charges include insurance and delivery confirmation). Out of stock items are sometimes experienced....Please see BACKORDER section for further information regarding this issue. Orders shipping UPS do not ship/deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Your total delivery time is our processing time plus shipping time.

SHIPPING TO CANADA: MOST orders will be shipped 48-72 hours from the time we receive your order. We ship FOB Peninsula, Ohio via UPS Standard to Canada. ALL TEETH WHITENING PRODUCTS will be shipped USPS Priority. (Priority Mail charges include insurance and delivery confirmation). There will be a $5.00 handling charge on all international orders in addition to the shipping fee charged by the carrier. Northcoastcandle.com will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.

BACKORDERS: Orders containing out of stock or backordered items will be held pending arrival of the out of stock items. If out of stock or backordered items are not available within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of order placement, in stock items will be released for shipping and out of stock items will ship seperately when they arrive at our facility.

RETURNS: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will ONLY accept returns for damaged or defective product caused by OUR manufacturing error. Northcoastcandle.com must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the order. A return authorization number MUST accompany all returns. We cannot accept returns of any Custom Scented Products.

If the wrong item is sent to you, we request that you return the item to us after notification. Do not return items to us without prior authorization. Notification must be made within 3 days of receipt of order. When returning items, Orders MUST be SHIPPED UPS, FedEx or USPS WITH TRACKING SERVICE AND INSURED. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses. Orders must be returned within 10 days of Customer receipt. You will be charged for the entire order if items are returned after 10 days and/or in less than perfect condition. A credit minus shipping charges will follow if items are returned within 30 days of original shipment. Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Any items returned after this date will not be credited. Damaged items may not be returned.

As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the sanitation of the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns or exchanges for ANY custom products. ORDERS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED

TAXES: OHIO residents will be charged 6.5% Sales Tax

REFUSED/MISDIRECTED SHIPMENTS: We charge a 20% restocking fee for shipments refused, not accepted, not claimed or returned to us by the shipper (an unauthorized return). If your shipment is misdirected due to shipping address error (incorrect ship-to address), UPS charges us a $5.00 per box charge which northcoastcandle.com will pass along to you. If you choose Commercial Shipping and do not have a storefront/warehouse/office address, UPS charges northcoastcandle.com $5.00 per box plus adjusted fuel surcharges which we will pass along to you.

DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Declined credit cards will incur a $5.00 service charge for the inconvenience. Please check your card balance PRIOR to placing your order to ensure you have available funds to cover the cost of your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Please check your shipment for external damage before accepting it (you MUST bring the damage to the attention of your shipper). If the package is damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT. In case of internal damage be sure to save all packaging and containers, as they will be needed for damage inspection. All items leave us in excellent condition and responsibility for the packages ends when it leaves our hands. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to file a claim with the SHIPPER (UPS) 1-800-744-7877 within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
